A former Major League Baseball player, Michael Hollimon is a certified Player Agent by the Major League Baseball Players Association. Michael grew up in Dallas, Texas earning High School All-American honors en route to attending the University of Texas on a baseball scholarship. Michael spent three seasons with the Longhorns earning Freshman All-American honors and three consecutive trips to the College World Series, including winning the NCAA National Championship in 2002. He then finished his collegiate career at Oral Roberts University where he was the Conference Player of the Year. Michael was also a three-time member of Team USA and won a gold medal in 1998 and 2007 as well as a bronze medal in 2000. Michael was drafted three times before signing with the Detroit Tigers in 2005 and making his MLB debut with them in 2008.

Additionally, his experience as a standout high school, college and professional baseball player provides him with a unique perspective into the amateur advisory process where he has identified and advised multiple players selected in the top rounds of the MLB Draft.
